Pricing Policy Explanation
To cover fixed operational costs and ensure reliable, high-quality service on all deliveries, a transparent surcharge is applied to each trip.
The following surcharges apply per vehicle type:
Isuzu FTR 850 AMT (long-distance & cross-border): +R700
In addition to these surcharges, a per-kilometer charge applies to every trip, reflecting variable costs such as fuel and distance traveled.
The total delivery price equals the per-kilometer rate multiplied by trip distance plus the applicable surcharge based on the vehicle.
We appreciate your understanding that these surcharges contribute to covering essential fixed costs such as vehicle maintenance, driver availability, and logistics management — all critical to providing dependable delivery service you can trust.
